Responsibilities:
Job description:
- Use our internal database software to map out and call pre-scheduled clients the night before to narrow down time windows of arrival.
- Accurately measure all rooms with provided Windows tablet and laser tape measure, entering the information into our digital estimation software.
- Identify and label existing flooring types, subfloor composition, baseboard type, and other relevant details.
- Determine if the job is within the scope of work for the selected flooring type.
- Engage with clients in their homes to understand their needs and provide professional advice.
- Maintain contact with customers and our home office throughout the day to ensure a positive experience.
- Stay updated with new products and installation methods in the flooring industry.
Requirements:
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- A valid Driver’s License.
- Must be 18 years of age.
